1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Guerra AI Automations LLC (doing business as Guerra AI Automations, “we”, “us”), based in Lubbock, Texas, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit one of our forms, communicate with us by email, text message, or phone, or use our CRM and automation services.

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in a form, email, text message, or chat.
• Communication records: the content and time of emails, text messages, and calls exchanged with us, and your messaging preferences, including any SMS consent or opt-out.
• Technical information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters).
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and remind you about appointments, provide and support our services, send account and service notifications, send marketing messages you have agreed to receive, process payments, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use your number only to send the messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support, service notifications, and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging provider, is permitted only to deliver our messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run our services: cloud hosting and database (Google Firebase and Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), text messaging and voice (Twilio), AI language-model processing used to draft or send automated replies (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to), and IP-based location lookup. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and may not use it for their own marketing.

6. Our Clients’ Data

When we provide CRM services to a business, the information that business collects about its own customers is processed on its behalf and under its instructions. Questions about that information should go to the business that collected it.

7. Data Retention & Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete it. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email us to make a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
