1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the website, forms, messaging, CRM software, and automation services provided by Guerra AI Automations LLC (doing business as Guerra AI Automations, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, or by agreeing to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide AI automation and CRM services for small businesses, including lead capture, follow-up messaging, appointment booking, and related tools. Features may change over time as we improve them.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

If we give you an account, keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You agree not to use our services to send spam or unlawful messages, to message people without the consent the law requires, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems. You are responsible for the content you send and the contacts you upload.

4. SMS Terms

Program: Guerra AI Automations text messaging. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first at (806) 631-6005, you agree to receive text messages from Guerra AI Automations at the number you provided.

• What you’ll receive: replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support conversations, account and service notifications, and occasional offers about our services.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will send no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email contact@guerraaiautomations.com.
• Consent is not required to buy: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for paid services are set out in your quote, invoice, or plan. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless your agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

6. Your Data

You keep ownership of the data you provide to us. You give us permission to use it only to provide and support our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, messaging, and AI processing. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may contain errors; review it before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
